When Chat surfaces a relevant snippet from customer feedback, it renders the video in the conversation so you can watch it alongside the analysis. When several moments are relevant, they appear in a scrollable carousel. Each highlight is downloadable, so you can bring a customer moment into a presentation or share it with a stakeholder.
